Six things guide every part of how Sol Ethos works.
Not a mission statement for the sake of having one, this is genuinely how sessions run.

Lived, not just learned.
My starting point isn't a certificate, it's having actually lived with chronic illness. The training matters too, but it's the combination that makes this different.
No gatekeeping by diagnosis.
You don't need a formal diagnosis to deserve support. If something's off and you want to understand it, that's enough of a reason to start.
Forward, not fixed.
This isn't about chasing perfection or a "cure." It's about steady, real progress from wherever you are today, one sunrise at a time, not overnight.
Honesty over hype.
No miracle fixes, no shame, no performative wellness talk. Just straight answers about what's realistic, what's hard, and what actually helps.
Health is personal, not generic.
Your body, your life, your food, your routine — coaching is built around what's actually true for you, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Educate for independence.
My goal isn't a client who needs me forever. It's someone who understands why something works well enough to keep doing it on their own, long after we've stopped working together.
A framework I use with every client
The Four Levels
A quick way to place any everyday choice — what you eat, what touches your skin, what fills your evenings — on a scale from the gold standard to the version that's crept in by default.
Level 1 is where you're aiming. Level 4 is usually where things have landed without anyone deciding it that way. The point isn't to live at Level 1 across the board — it's to know honestly where you sit, and move up one level at a time.
Gold standard
Chosen with real intention.
Good practice
Solid, consistent, genuinely fine.
Everyday compromise
Cost or convenience leading.
Default drift
No decision being made at all.
Two categories, as an example
Fruit & veg
Farm-sourced or delivered fresh, in-season, low-spray.
Organic ranges at mainstream-premium supermarkets.
Standard supermarket produce, non-organic, cost-driven.
Rarely bought fresh — or only present hidden inside processed food.
Sleep
Consistent 7–9 hrs, regular sleep/wake times, dark cool room, wind-down routine.
Generally good most nights, occasional disruption.
Inconsistent — 6 hrs or less some nights, irregular schedule.
Chronically poor, no routine, screens or stimulants right up to bedtime.
34 everyday categories. About 10 minutes. See exactly where you sit.
